my sim is blocked with it asking for a puk code i have no idea wat this means maybe someone else does my imei number is 354814/01/172006/3 please help immediately my phone is a Nokia 6103b and the Carrier is Tmobile USA

Hello,

That means that your simcard is blocked.
Probebly because you entered 3 time's the wrong PIN code.

The operator of your simcard has also a paper given whith a pukcode on it. This code wil unlock your simcard and then you must enter a new PIN code.

Then you can use it again.
If you don't have that pukcode. Ask your provider for it.
