OK I was working on a friends xbox (RROD) Fixed it works like a charm
except it wont connect to to live another pc or anything. My xbox and others I have worked on do fine so I know its not me. I think it is a problem with the network adapter its self. Has anyone else had this problem and if so is it fixable. I thought about trying to solder a new one in there off of a dead box, but don't want to go through that if its a mobo problem. Any advice is welcome Thanks in advance.

Please resize your signature pic, it's far too big; the allowed sizes are in the Forum Rules which are in my signature; plus the link in the signature pic needs removing also.

Yea the microsoft 100 $ Adaptors BREAK like the little pieces of Sh!T they are ! If you are near a computer or laptop and have wireless internet you can simply bridge the connection from your computer to your xbox with an ethernet cable. Have Fun.
