hi guys
so i tried to flash my benq drive but i put the power connector in the wrong way round which fried it...so i got a new 1 but i dont have the original keys as the original drive is fried and theres no way of getting them?. am i totally screwed?

yes you are. you need to get the infectus chip, but you will run into trouble running the chip because it requires that your xbox 360 have a certain version kernel on it, which is basically determined by how updated your console is over live. if you have updated your console over live lately (if you have nxe) then you are screwed, as without a pretty decent ammount of knowledge in hacking the 360 you can't downgrade to the correct kernel to run it. so basically yes, you are screwed.

if u want to keep from inserting the power cable unside down just take a sharpie pen or something to mark the connector on the top side so when u plug in it with the drive upside down u will know that the dot u put on the connector needs to be facing down if the drive is facing down. sounds dumb but it is a small step to take to make sure u dont screw up
