i paid some one to hack my wii i currenttly have homebrew is there a big difference with soft mii?? i know it did ask me to upgrade a few days ago i did havent noticed anything new still falling off the imaginary cliffs on need for speed undercover..

?? you actually paid someone to do the homebrew hack for you? you got ripped off man lol. And no the soft mii hacks are just an interface upgrade as well as installing starfall for you. Nothing new has changed besides that and being able to move the disc loader channel as well as implementing a backup mode by holding the reset button.

how would i go about upgrading to softmii alpha could i just install it over the one i have and use my backup copy of zelda... yeah i know i got kinda ripped so it ed but i paid 50 he gave me 6 games and came to my house its all good

to upgrade to softmii alpha you need to use hack remover first. Which uninstalls the previous soft mii. Then you can proceed as normal to install softmii alpha. If you are running 3.2U you do not need to repeat the previous steps you just need to continue past that point.

I would. Why wouldn't you? If people at bestbuy can charge $80-100 for reformatting your computer. Something that is as simple as putting a disc inside your computer than you have ever right to charge someone to hack there wii being it hard modded or soft modded.
You saying you wouldn't charge anyone to flash a drive on an xbox 360? you would do it out of the goodness of your heart?

rab, to get rid of home brew you have to reformat your wii or install the original ios and delete the homebrew channel. I suggest a format save everything to your sd before doing so.

Yea nuxtux, shame on you for not volunteering to use the copy of Zelda Twilight Princess that you paid for out of your pocket to install the homebrew channel on anyone who asks Wii for free. Who do you think you are to not spend your time installing softmods for free? You also should give them a complimentary SD card with all the emulators and roms they would like also. No, they shouldn't even have to pay for your upfront costs of the SD Card, game, or anything else. You should do it out of the kindness of your heart. It's people like you who don't spend your money to give everyone else everything for free that make this world a shitty place. Oh and just in case anyone doesn't follow, this entire post was Sarcasm. LOL
