Keep recieving this error message XBOX 360 backup

I've burned backups previously and had no problems, and recently on a few .iso's i keep recieving this error message.
I am using Aone plus DL and have never had a problem before with these discs as this is my 4th pack..but recently i've had lots of fails...anyone know why?
any help would be appreciated...

Could be a number of things really. I had a lot of problems burning originally so I bought a new DVD writer and not had one fail yet.

Have you tried a different program/different write speed/different discs?

Thanks for the reply..

well the burner is only a month or so old, and i've got the latest firmware for it. I normally use Imgburn but run it through Xbox backup creator and burn that way at 4x.. i've used 2.4x before and i've never had a successful burn that way, but with 4x it used to work everytime without fail..

Only thing I haven't done is tried different discs, i'm going to get the verbatim ones next time..

but i've never had a problem with Aone plus just seems to happen all of a sudden..I've even tried different versions of imgburn and XBC too..

hmm seems like you have everything covered. I was using Aone before which didn't like my old burner so I suppose you could give some other discs a go. Or maybe try a completely different program like Nero but I can't see that's going to make a difference, especially as it's an I/O error.

Just normally a problem with the drive or discs
