007 EON fix

hey all
just downloaded the fix for 007 EON (James.Bond.007.Everything.Or.Nothing.Fix.For.WAM.XBOX.READNFO-WpR) in .zip format
then when i go to extract the files, the final product comes out as a .ppf file type and i dont know what i have to do with it now.
any help would be great!!

You'd better run the game from a DVD because even with the fix it's a pain in the ass to run it from the HD

yea you need to download the .xbe fixes (default.xbe and driving.xbe) and replace the original ones

Excuse me, but there is no reference to it in this thread so what posts exactly are you on about?? Shall I read every thread on the forum?? Even the one's which have absolutely no reference to 007 in the thread?
If you mean its on your website then whoopy doo - sorry I should have read the small print.

Hey there folks..
I managed to get the 2 files from Gamerziod (Thanks very much for that), however even though I've copied them over the original ones on the Xbox, the game still crashes about 20 seconds into the 4th level.
Do you guys have any ideas why the replacement files haven't done the trick for me..?

Bum..
Ahh well. I might completely remove the game and then reinstall it, using the new .XBE's.
Did you have the same problem as me with it..?
ie, you would only be able to drive for about 5 seconds, then the game would pause, with a scrolling blue bar above the car/bike..?

Guys,
Just so you know - although it was very nice to see that .xbe files are available for the new 007 EON, dont be discouraged for other games if they only offer their fixes in a .ppf file.
There is a little utility called PPF-O-Matic. The great thing about this utility is that it actually patches the ISO file on the fly - so when you burn your ISO to a DVD, its already fully patched and not need to go back and overwrite .xbe files.

I have the same problem with my backup copy of EON, it stops after 10 seconds when i get into the car in the Train Chase level, then all u see is a blue scrolling thing, how to u fix this problem.
Oh yeah, G4MERZOID can u pls make the James.Bond.007.Everything.Or.Nothing.Fix.For.WAM.XBOX.READNFO-WpR file available on your website, or give a link to where u got that file. I need ur help!
