If i want to get cho*us mmds, and all the channels? what box would i need?

hynz I believe you should get a dreambox DM500C. I have this in my student accom and its working great.

I put the image on it, connect the cable to it and I have all the channels I need.

A DM500C will work with Ch**us cable as will any other DVB C type STB, e.g. The Box Super USB, (and all other Starview DVB C models) , Eurovox SL1000, EX5100, etc and many more models.

the link to f/w for wat ever box you get is on the main page top sticky its all there but get your box first

mmds is via an aerial. I would need an aerial and a box. What would be the best box to get and will I be able to get the channels I enjoy in the city?

hello all
are all boxes purchased plug and play or do i need to download software to get up and running (mmds c****s)and is it user friendly to set up for someone as useless as me.

Well its not too bad for the cable box. Its pretty much if you have a com port on your computer, plug it in and place an image that can be found on these forums. Then just search for channels.

I dont know what the story is with mmds, trying to find out myself
