In the beginning when I tried to burn a game I used aone DL disk and I have wasted the whole package because every time I tried to burn it failed, so than I bought verbatim disk's which are made in singapore and they worked perfectly. I burned six games with no problem than when I tried to burn more It failed again just like in the beginning I tried several times but it just failed. why is this happening is it because of my burner I use "optiarc DVD RW AD-5170A". please help

What program are you using to burn 360 games? Sometimes I have to close Windows Media Player, because it's using the drive for no reason.

I get a message when burning process is about 25 percent saying "writing to Optiarc DVD RW AD-5170A" failed and the disk automatically ejects.

You may want to try imgburn to burn the game. I used to use cloneCD in the past, but I got issues with it, so I use imgburn to burn the media. It's a free program, and it works really well.

try xbox backup creator. i used it for the longest time and didnt have any problems with it.
