I have two softmod packages and wondered which was the best one. I have soft mod for dummies and softmii please can tell me the one to use. Thanks in advance

Thanks for the info penguin98 my firmware is 3.4E so do i need to do the fix guide ( in red at the top )

It says if you have 3.4 firmware then you need to do the fix.

Thanks for everyone for the info it worked like a charm!!! I have installed a loader channel so do i have to keep the sd card in all the time and when i ran the hb channel it said do i want to dl the newest version i said no is this correct.

If you have WiiGater Gamma installed as its own channel then no you do not need to keep the SD card in. If you get asked to update when running the Homerbew Channel then you have an older version of HBC and it needs to be updated. So yes I would update it.
