Eurovox ex1000sl not turning on properly

Hi guys,

My ex1000sl programmed with latest firmware is having issues turning on - as there is no on off button on these the only way to turn it on is by the remote - I have several remotes and all charged batteries so not the remote.

The box will switch off the night before and tunr the led from blue to red - but you cannot switch it on again in the morning...

So I have to plug the box back into pc download new firmware and it will work again for a couple of more days...

Pc sees the box immediatley so no problems there...
Any ideas?
