abgx360 ini file failed Verification, yet passed on the site

I have been trying to check fable 2 and this is the error I am getting 

Stealth check passed!



Verifying this game against the online database...

     Attempting to get 'D3F8CF8728DC7FB2.ini' from the online verified database

ERROR: The requested URL returned error: 403



     Failed to find a verified ini file for this Xex/SS combination

Verification failed
Now I have checked the site and the version I have is on the site and has checked out fine.

Why has it not found the file online to check it agains't?

I have changed the url's for the new database.

error 403 may be forbidden access to the site in some cases i get 404 which is suggesting the page is not there i try again at a different time and it works maybe it is the same sort of thing?

The check above was with the URL abgx.net in the ini file

The one below is abgx360.net in the ini file 

Stealth check passed!
