can anyone help with a problem tht i have with my nintendo wii it will only play chipped games recently one of the chipped games asked me to load new software i cannot play genuine game can anyone help please

when you say "load new software" do you mean a system update?
because you might have bricked your wii

yes so how do i cancel it so it plays normal games ??is it easy to fix ??do you know how and where we can get the software and how do we do it
