Hello
I am having problems with my digivox t, I have flashed it with v4330 api bin ,but when I go to auto scan it dosn,t find any channels.any help would be great

wrong firmware u are using a dvb/c file that is only suitable for cable.
u have a t box u need v3300
|

Hi I flashed the digivox t with the v330 but it is still the same it scans in a few seconds and the no channel found comes up, any other ideas that might help

Are you sure signal in is ok, also are you def on chxxus mmds?

As far as I know n*l and ch***s are the one company now called upc,and thats who I am with.(mmds ariel on the roof). Dose that sound right?
I got a lend of"the box" from a friend and that works fine,so I am sure they are a good signal there.
Any help would be great

hi there dob 272.ntl mmds and chorus mmds use differant boxes.you need to determine which one is your supplier

Ok mate,
As Jvob says, Chxxus mmds and Nxl mmds are not the same, Chxxus you must use a unit with terrestrial tuner ; eg. 'Digivox T'/ 'Eurovox TX', 'The Box T' or Dreambox500T
Fot NxL mmds you must use box with cable tuner. 'Digivox T' will not work on NxL mmds.
So you must find out exactly who your provider is before you go any further.

Sorry, didnt study your post that well!
'The Box' you said you tested, so therefore i would think you are on NxL mmds.
If you were with Chxxus you would have needed 'The Box T' to work!
Dont think you will be able to use Digivox T mate!

I see That makes sense to me now.It appears that I have the wrong box, do you know anyone interested in swopping boxes or where I might try.

yes any dvb/c type box should work ,any box supers sold now might be a clone or there is digivox xl.

the digivox xl. the fix in the sticky is the one i need just wanted is this clone its a black box its new oct last year its my kids bf just dont want to blow it on him

TBH mate i cannot recommend any DVB-C box as i dont use them, but plenty of choice out there and Digivox xl would have the same software uploading process as the 'T' version so that may suit you the best(or not).

u tried ur friends box at ur gaff and it works,what box was it?starview 2 called the box is a dvb/c box then.
