OK, I had Xbox Live about two years ago. I havn't played on live since then. I just acquired a few more games and decided to play on live again. I was not able to register my old account for the gold membership, everytime I try to confirm the credit card payment it tells me it cannot connect to Xbox Live, but I know I am connected, the test shows I am connected and I am able to send messages to my buddie. I tried to contact MS support via telephone to help me with this problem but they are dumb. I can't login to live through the website, and I do not have access to the email I used to sign up with live.

I made a new profile and got xbox live to register on my xbox, but i still cant get my old profile to work. Which really blows, for one I like the name and two all my saved games and gamer points are on that profile. If anyone can give me any suggestions that would be greatly appreciated. Either on how to register my old xbox profile or transfer my gamer points and saved games to my new profile.
