Can anyone please help me unlock my phone?

Model: Nokia 6230i
Imei Number: 356645003235928
Network Info: Turkcell Turkey
Country phone is locked in:Turkey

Your help would be greatly appreciated!

1. Insert a non accepted sim, most times it will show "Phone Restricted"
2. Press the UNDO option
3. You should see a box that says enter restriction code.
4. Enter the code given and then press (OK)

Remove Your Sim Card, Power The Phone On
Press # From The (Insert Sim) Screen
Enter codes WITHOUT spaces.
Press * 3 times fast for (p)
Press * 4 times fast for (w)
Press * 2 times fast for (+)
Verify code before pressing the last #(No Private Messages Please)

Insert a NON accepted sim card.When it says phone restricted, press "undo."
It will ask for a restriction code,and enter the code in to the box on screen,and then input the code.

ı don't understand non accepted sim card ı try with 3 different sim card everytime it wrote code error
