Final Fantasy 8 and CWCHEAT freeze

Hey Peoples,

I have CFW 5.00 M33-3, and im running or trying to run, FF8 eboot. The game loads fine, everything runs smooth. But the moment I try to load CW cheat, the game freezes. I dont even have to turn any cheats on, just by enabling it in game(holding select for 3 secs) as soon as I return to the game. All characters and items on screen disappear and the game freezes.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank You!!
