Chose the wrong TP savegame....help!

Alright, so I've done a TON of softmods.....was helping a friend and accidentally chose TwilightHack0 instead of TwilightHack2.

Tried going back into it and choosing the correct version, but it doesn't prompt me to choose a Twiligthack...just says no save game file, would I like to create one.

I've tried every combo of deleting the save game, rebooting, format, etc....that I can think of.....HELP?!?!?! please.

I'm going to guess that the wii is on firmware 3.4, which of course deletes the twilight hack every time the wii reboots.

thats true 3.4 does do that. There are 3.4 twilight hacks out there on rapidshare links etc to download. I suggest you delete all the zelda saves on your system memory but be sure to back them up on an SD card first. Get the new 3.4 hack and choose the right one this time.

If not the 2nd method is downgrading from 3.4u to 3.2u. Then reuse what you have.

Thank you for the assistance, got it figured out.

It was a matter of using the "little blue house" to return to the Wii main menu versus using the screen's "back" button. The "little blue house" method of returning to the Wii main menu, also deletes the Twilight Hack.

That'll teach me to take a shortcut.....
