The Box - Broken

Having some trouble with a friends Starview (The Box). I've flashed it with the latest two updates but it constantly gets stuck on data is updating 0%.
This is the first 'The Box' that I've done but I have flashed starview 1's plenty of times.

I did notice that when it is being flashed that instead of the counter on the display just counting up, it flickers between the counter and the time on the display.

Any help would be appreciated, starting to annoy me now.
