I was wondering since I have the firmware hack, if its possible to play Xbox Backups on my 360. If so what media would I need to use. Also, one more question. I have a game that is REGION FREE but it also says its PAL. Can I play this on my 360? Thanks

Yes you can play backup Xbox games but they have to converted for 360 use. They also need to be in the 360 backward compatibility list.

You will need to burn the games to DVD+R DLs just like normal 360 games.

If the game is region free then it is region free.
