i picked up a older xbox360 that looks like its been kept in good shape,,clean,,but it had the older style heat sinks,,so i thought about putting in the larger ones,,now for some reason i have a one red light bottem right,,i checked the code 1023,,this means the dvd drive is not plugged in,,but yet it is,,tried a different dvd no luck,,tried the AV cables no luck,,any one have a clue about this one,,cheers

drive is probably dead. if its dead the only way to fix it is to get the tsop read by a programmer. talk to bhetrick, he can probably help you out.
