Problems With Xbox Burning Help Please.

Hi Guys , Im new to AfterDawn , so sorry if i posted this in the wrong place, so yeh
I have a Samsung Xbox 360 Flashed Drive
Ive Got a Backedup StreetFighters 4 game
verbatim disc's burning at 2.4x the ones made in Singapore
Got a new Duallayer Pioneer 216d burner
and using CloneCd,
First time it worked perfectly gave the backup to my friend so he could try it on his flashed xbox and worked on both of ours perfectly,
Now ive tryed again to see if i could make a second one , and its failed . 3 times .
So how come it worked perfectly the first time? and the other 3 times ive burned it ,it would just read in my xbox360 and just tell me to open drive afterwords like there was nothing there? But yet theres data on the disk. Can someone please help me ?
Can you guys help me people say ImgBurner is Better then CLoneCd . Could it be My .Dvd file is alittle messed up ?
Could it be my Pioneer 216d burner isnt a good xbox360 burner ?

i would guess your .dvd file is good since it worked the first time through but yeah, most people here will say to use imgburn. since you have a good copy, are you trying to make a 1:1 of that?

yeah i dont understand why it would work the first and not the second third forth , :S and i have the image on my computer passed everything but on abgx360 i have some problem with the ss file could that be a problem why its not buring correctly or no that would not be it ?

No imgburn isn't better than clone that's only hear say not fact,i have both & i use clone exclusively for 360 backups my success rate is 100% & that's 80 game worth,tho i never burn above 1 on verbs from singa
Data verification means nothing,i won't go into why that is, it's just shit that's happened,perhaps the disks i used were a crap media or something who knows certainly the first 3 of 4 disks were ok to recover a computer,anyway i trust it when i see it working then i know.
Did you try those remade disks in your mates 360 if they did'nt work then pretty obvious the iso is stuffed,you mention ss file,seems odd it would be corrupt a search suggests it's common with downloaded iso's,my understanding is you can do a direct copy of the original copied disk no need to re rip
EDIT: Wabashman would be the one to ask for help he seems to know a bit about this sort of thing

Other then the disks im using is there a better type ? and yeah but i had checked and its because it came pre-stealth. Also can it be my burner only other way i can think of:S

It's not the verbatim's,you say the pioneer is new very unlikely that's the issue either,it really makes no sense the iso would work with the first disc & not with the others,short of re downloading it again the only real test would be to rip & burn another original 360 game,i assume you don't have the flashed kreon samsung for that method,so all that's left is do a disc copy,use the first disk assuming it still plays ok tho it could mean another coaster

yehh i do own the game . but i got it from a torrent, because i do not have that samsung modification. I guess mabey its the laser , ?:S only thing i really can see it being. I guess i have to wait and burn other game or somthing.

You never mentioned if the games worked on your mates 360 if they don't it'll be the download
The samsung DVD-ROM model SH-D162C is the drive i use to rip 360 games,it has the kreon flash software installed,then using xbox backup creator (free) to rip the game to hdd, then use clone to burn the iso,there is another samsung drive that can be flashed as well but i can't remember the model of it,that's pretty much all you need to get a good working copy,apart from a dual layer burner & verbs,the best place for games is a video hire store..lol..

he says it worked fine on both systems. could be your media. ive used verbs before that game me nothing but problems. sometimes you just get a bad batch of discs. if its burning correctly, then its something with the image, or the xbox. you say you have a problem with the ss file, that may be why its not playing in the system. iso's missing the ss file will not work, you will get errors when you try and launch the game. make sure your layerbreak is set correctly. if your using imgburn then click tools>settings>write on the right at the top you see options with layerbreak. click user specified and type in the box 1913760 click ok then try to load the .dvd file again. you might also want to set your booktype, but im pretty sure that the new ixtremes dont care about booktype anymore.

Yeah Im currently Downloading Skate 2 and Left4Dead see if those two will work , and also going to try using my sisters lg dl-burner. see if its my burner. Also has there been cases of many bad batchs as like 5 discs ?

ive bought discs before that like 1 out of 5 worked. and ive had some before that 5 out of 5 worked. im using tdk now since i got them at circuit city on their sales.
