Backup Gets Stuck On Safety Screen, REALLY NEED HELP!!!!

Every time I try to load a backup through the gator launcher, it gets
hung up on the screen that show the Wireless control and showing you need adequate space to move around. Anyone else had this problem, if so how do I get around it?
