UNPLAYABLE DISCS. PLEASE HELP!!!!!

I've had my Xbox 360 for about 2 1/2 years. Usually when I try to play a game I put the disc in and where it says play game on the screen, unplayable disc comes up. When I put the disc in it sounds like its gonna work fine but then it just like stops. Sometimes this doesn't happen at all and i can just play a game fine. Other times I'll be playing a game and a thing will come up saying i need to clean the disc. All of my games are not scratchy or anything. Also this does not only happen with certain games. Can someone please help? How can this be fixed?

use the search bar next time. ive answeredthis countless times in the past few days. its your laser going bad more than likely. if you want to fix it, google "xbox 360 pot tweak" if you want to replace the drive, open your xbox up look at the drive cover and go to ebay and type in your drive model and order a drive. when your new drive gets there take the pcb board out of both drives and put your old board in your new drive and plug it all up and enjoy your games.
