I just started burning Xbox 360 games.
When I burn them my buffer jumps up and down and I cant get the speed to go over 1.5x.

Any ideas as to why this is happening.
The games seem to be working good so far.

are u just burning games or are u burning game and playing mp3/browsing the net/doing other stuff that would eat memory and cause the buffer to jump around. so try burning with no other programs running except imgburn and just let the computer sit there and burn dont do anything else and see what results you get. also u may need to turn off your screensaver so it doesnt interupt the process. my buffer only jumps if i start doing other stuff at the sametime. and what speed are the discs you are using? if they are 2.4x some burners will burn faster but not all.
and if it wont burn faster than 1.5x it is either something wrong or your burner doesnt do DL discs at fast speeds. a burner can do multiple media types but not all of them at the same speeds.

I have all programs off when buring. I have a older comp so I know my memory would get comsumed fast. maybe thats it then.

I have verbatim dvds. 2.4x

I would think you should be able to burn at 2.4x, unless your computer is really old (i.e. pretty slow cpu and low amount of memory)
