hi guys i brought 2 digivox xl and ive put software 1240api on both boxes when i scan for channels it dosent find any. my line is active as the modem and freeview box are working. please help me

on both boxes the signal levels are 0% and the quality are 0% when i flash the boxes it gets to 76% the flicks to 98% please help

there is a 1250api out for the xl but you should still be pickin up channels did you select your provider n*l ch**us etc

hi where is the 1250api. i selected telewest thats my area but still no joy on both boxes. im really stuck thanks

try downloading the bigmaq toolbar i got it off a friend but you might get it there but i think it only sorts key updating issues,you should still be picking up channels with the version you have especially with a strong signal..

There are scanning issues in the Telewest area and 1250 will not help.Do not auto scan, you need to do a manual scan with the network enabled and it will find channels.

new digivox xl boxes have a new tuner so old firmware does not work
u need v1341 hopefully arriving in library.
