I just fixed my first rrod and am planning to do a case mod where the motherboard will not be easily assessable. Is there a program to run on the 360 to test heat generation to make sure it doesn?t rrod again (like cpu burn to test system stability for the pc?) if not is there any way to get around having to play a game for over 10 hrs to test it?

pop a game in and let it run 10 hours... i dunno. I would hope its a really good case mod if you are making the MB harder to get to than it already is.

haha opening the 360 wasn?t that hard, try doing a timing belt on a dodge pt 2.4 turbo now that tuff. But you think just letting it idle for 10+ hrs would do the trick?
