My first time with an XBox, just want to make sure I'm getting it right. So hopefully you can just tell me if what I am planning on doing is correct - I've read a few tutorials and am pretty sure I'm going at it right...

I got an unmodded XBox(in transit), Xecuter 2 lite+, WD120GB HDD and SlaYer auto installer.

So when I get my XB, I install the HDD and X2. Then I pop the slaYer CDRW in there and it will boot up - then just follow the instructions that came with SlaYer.

Is that all correct? Afterwards I should be able to backup games to the HDD, FTP from my PC, etc...?
