Problems with easy installer...

Hey guys,

I have modded a few psp's before, and I am trying to do another. But this time, when I do the easy installer, the last step does not work. (the step where it copy's all of the files). It totally skips the last step and doesn't copy any of the files. I read on the guide that Vista and some XP computers have problems with the easy installer. I only have XP computers, so I don't know why it isn't working. I have tried the easy installer on all of my computers.

Any help? Thanks
