Ok I have a Wii with HBC installed, I have MIOS and CIOS, GCBACKUP launcher (only under HBC) and Backup Luancher (under Wii menu and HBC) I want to know If i can make a Gamecube backup launcher channel, or make a total BACKUP channel where I can:
Wii Official disc
GC Official disc
Wii Other Region OFFICIAL
GC Other Region OFFICIAL
Wii Backup ANY REGION
GC Backup ANY REGION
Is it possible to make a channel like this, or make the disc channel accept any of the above that I put into the wii as official
yes but I already have the Gamecube backup CHANNEL and the WII backup CHANNEL but I want to have a channel that if i put either GAMECUBE or wii disc in it will work from that 1 channel, also is there a way that I can patch my wii to stop updating from the nintendo web server? I also heard that if the HBC is installed it will stay there even if I update the console???

Not possible, they're different homebrew programs and you cant simply combine them. Until someone makes a homebrew program that can boot both wii and GC backups its not going to happen.

Very simple: Turn off wiiconnect24.
If you're using the backup launcher you shouldnt have to worry about updates from a disk since it automatically blocks game updates.
You could also install starfall if your wii is on 3.2 which will block all updates, but starfall is a dead program and will not receive future updates so once a game that requires a newer firmware than 3.2 comes out you'll have to remove starfall.

No update to date has ever effected the homebrew channel. There are alot of people who say otherwise but they're either lying or misinformed.
There have been a few homebrew programs impacted by firmware 3.4, such as the wad installer and the firmware downgrader. But you can restore them to full function by installing IOS16, an official but older ninteno patch that will let you use all homebrew again.
