i currently have 3 backup games that just give me a green screen when i try to load it is it possably to convert the file from pal iso to ntsc? if so what applications should i get?? thank you for the help

yes its possible, its a program called regionfrii.

Regionfrii doesn't always work though. In the future, remember that its always better to download games that match your wii's region.
