How to put CSO games on psp?

I have Bleach: Heat of Soul 5 as a CSO file on my computer
I want to put it on my psp so i can play it
I don't have an ISO folder on my memory stick
I don't have custom firmware or know what it is
I have the latest psp update
Please help i would appreciate it

Well there are a few things you need to know but the most important is:

What version PSP do you have?

Once you have this information let us know and we can work from there.

One could also do a wee bit of searching and most likely come up with some answers.

If you dont have a custom firmware there is no possible way of playing iso's or cso's on your psp in order to get a custom firmware you will need to downgrade your psp. Some psp 2000's and i believe all psp 3000's aren't able to be downgraded yet.
