I'm having a little trouble preping the usb drive to copy my fw. Can anyone tell me where I can download DOS 16?

Get it from Xbins.

The easiest way to get on Xbins is using the auto Xbins program. You can get it HERE.

My brother had trouble flashing that way you might want to look at using jungleflasher
