Factory reset and scan again. If you are scanning through a splitter take it out and scan from where the cable enters your house.

You will need to enable your key emu again.

you need the freq of the channels to manually scan....i.e skysports2 freq....best bet is to redo the auto scan,either first thing in morn or late at night....
