I recently downloaded rip it 4 me .I thought that it was all I needed to burn dvd's! While I was searching for answers, I saw something about a dvd shrink and dvd decrypter I should have downloaded first! 2 questions, is any dvd decrypter compatable ? and will it work if I download it AFTER the rip it 4 me! OK one more important question...where is the most TRUSTED SITE to download from?

You Do need to download & install Shrink and Decrypter First, so Ripit will Know where they are on your Computer. Just un-install ripit or just delete it. Then install shirnk and Decrypter, then reinstall Ripit. Although it is an aging Program it is still worth Having. I almost always use it. If I Have a DVD that it won't Back-up I use DvdFab Hd Decrypter The Link to it is in my Signature it is also free
I still use RipIt4Me (and yes it uses DVD Decrypter to rip.), Shrink and ImgBurn for my convenience (because it runs FixVTS automatically). It works for most titles. Some new titles with new copy protection, I have to use DVDFab to rip (Usually I have to update to latest version.). For those tiles, you?ll find the thread here at aD how to deal with it.
