Bricked my Wii Systemmenu shows up

Ok so I followed a guide to Twilight hack and successfully hacked it, now I bricked it and whenever i turn it on it just shows that system menu, What should I do?

ya i restored it back to 3.2u with the 289 WAD file, it restored it to 3.2U and then i updated to 3.4U, the BC still shows up but will backups work now?>
