I would like some discussion about the Printers and output quality for DVD's.

What printers are good and multifunctional (not only a DVD printer - can print on paper)

Canon has i865 - is it any good?

Please post what you know, if you are using such printers.

I was looking to buy an inkjet printer capable of printing on DVD\CDR for my workplace. Originally I was looking at the Epson R300 and R300m which are $179 and $229 respectively. However the ink used will smear if wet. I ordered the Epson R800 which has archival quality ink and will not smear. The cost was $380. I haven't received the printer yet but I'll post results when I do.

Now, if I was buying this for home the R300 looks more enticing pricewise.
