Every time I convert an MKV file with mkv2vob, it converts the audio to PCM 2ch. Is there anyway to choose to keep the dobly digital/5.1 audio? Thanks.

If you want to keep the 5.1, I suggest you use tsMuxer to mux it to .m2ts or AVCHD. It should have support for Dolby Digital.

However, if you choose .m2ts, you'll have to re-encode the (presumably DTS) audio to 5.1 AC3 first, since the PS3 can't play DTS audio from a file.
