starview,winra problem

Lads i need some help here trying to put new firmwear on my starview box,put gtrom/loader on,problem is puting cryplstar-v.15.on its in a zip folder,downloaded winra to open file but how do i get it to the starview, this is wreckin me head.

the file u downloaded needs to be extracted,right click on it to open
click on the wizard to extract and finish,u should see a yellow folder with bin file ready to be put int gtrom.

you may also need software called "WINRAR"
its software for extracting files
this is what it looks like:

you may find it "free" elsewhere.......
