i tried to solder a D2Pro9 Mod chip onto the dvd drive but im guessing i didn't do D,E,& F right and when i connected the dvd drive back to the wii system to see if it worked it just completely shut off and did not power on

then i disconnected the DVD drive and the Nintendo wii seem to power on red light to green light but there was no audio or video just a black screen is there anything i can do to fix it or it it completely dead??
