Can anyone please help ?

I don't have any sound on all channels. I've tried switching the power off and on, tried automatic scan and tried hitting the "down-frequency" on the manual scan

Any suggestions appreciated !!

Do Factory Re-Set and a Fresh Installation, using the Automatic Scan on your correct provider, when finished and all programmes found ensure that Key emu is turned on and if you still have the problem then it is simply a bad connection re-Scart lead, even change it id neccessary but check that it is fully pushed home.

my box has do the same tryed new leads. fr scan still no sound i have tryed flashing it too

Have you tried a Factory Reset and a fresh Installation as up above, also make sure that the mute button is not stuck down, it has happened before.
