hi there,can anyone tell me about the downloading of the usb.i hav downloaded it wit different software as in v102 and v109 and all its giving me is sound and no picture.i had it workin b4 i did this wit v107 but now its not.how ar u supposed to know wot to download.can anyone hlp me?not the brightest of sparks on the comp.

If you`re in the uk, stick with the v1.07
The v.109 is for Ireland only. Also, check your scart is secure in both the TV & B0x.

ty 4 replying so fast noelyf,it woz workin fine till i went and downloaded other software so is there anyway of gettin rid of the software i downloaded.i tried resetting it from the beginning but no avail.

Turn the b0x off at the back for a min then turn back on & see if this works. If not do a factory reset, & autoscan on your provider.
Dont forget to turn the Keycode on after the scan.

sorry noelyf,had to go myself there,am back now though.i know u prob gone now but il write anyway and hopefully u might be able 2 help later when u back.when i turn on box 8888 flashes up 1st then 8882 for a second,and then it goes to 6-01 and a green screen.after about 20 seconds it goes to the channel it woz on when i turned it off but only sound and a green screen.no picture,and when i press menu,i get some frozen mixed up pics of different channels.like half a channel on the top half of screen and half a channel on the bottom half.weird i know but thats wots happening.its driving me gaga.lol.

Courtesy of sc0user,
Do a factory reset, reload the firmware & rescan.
Load the logo file onto the b0x (you`ll find this in The B0x Super Usb folder in eamo`s library).
Change to PAL1 in settings.
Menu > 1570
Turn Keycode on & exit to channels.

hi guys,sorry so long gone.i hav tried turning it off from factory settings and downloading firmware again and again and changing to pal 1 in settings but all i keep gettin is sound on all the channels but no picture except when i go back to settings i get a frozen picture of the channel i just left?

alright noelyf,wot does it mean,load the loga file which ul find in eamo s library.ive looked and cannot seem to locate this,.sorry if i seem to be coming across as stupid as im sure u prob get loads of this.

Here is the LOGO FILE for The Box Super USB, and if you go into Eamo's FTA Library, you will find a couple of very useful help files.

Just download it and drag it onto your memory stick, and then stick it into The Box's USB port, but you are better as said getting and reading the help files, just have a look okay.

Hi smoc. I couldn't get into the menu using 1570. Don't know why as I have fixed loads of these boxes for people. I turned it off at the back and turned it back on and then was able to get into the menu. Not sure what was wrong but I got it sorted thanks.

hi when u down load the file do u still ned to open the bin file with winzar or can u just put the file onto a flash pen and load it
