Hi wonder if anyone can help i am going to nagravision putting the key data in for key number 00 then pressing ok which stores it then i highlight the key number 00 arrow right for key number 01 but it will not go to 01 but i lose the data number for 00 why is this happening can anyone help thank you

dont actually press 01. go 2 00 and press the right volume up button to move it to 01 hope that helps

try using the numbers on your remote,ie when you highlight 00 press 01 on your remote.

wen you put the 00 code in then hit across you dont actualy lose your 1st set just enter your 01 as usaul and save and exit and you should be up and runnin again

when u enter data on 00 line,recheck all and press ok button for 4 seconds to store,go back to 00 line and press the < or > to change to 01 go down and enter data for line recheck,press ok for 4 secs to store and exit out .
maybe do a set default key first before entering data.

i know wat ur sayin i had same problem wen you type in 00 then move across it changes to the 01 code even tho it says 00 {after you hit across hit 01 on your remote it should change to 01} it will work.

i think box is confused when u type in data u might have 2 lines of 00 so try set default key first,go into 00 check/alter data/store back up to 00 press < or > to change to 01 data on lower line should change,enter/store and exit out.
