I dont know of any way to downgrade without internet access. Luckily for you though downgrading is completely unnecessary.

Read the guide http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/735325

Please read that guide carefully. Specifically what it says in BOLD RED at the top.

If you have the OCT 23rd 3.3 firmware or 3.4 firmware update the instillation of WAD/cIOS files will be blocked. You can go HERE and follow the first 3 parts of the guide (To make it clear follow the What You Need/Installing Homebrew Channel Guide/Wii Fix Guide). This will fix the limitation so you can install the files needed for the Backup Launcher (you do not have to downgrade the system firmware).

hi im still having problem using wiigator back up launcher 0.3 gamma. when i choose launch a game this appears.."dvd error (324) no cios" then i tried installing cios v7 but it an..installing ticket error (ret=2011) appears so i cant install the cios v7. i read some post that they had the same problem & they used ios downgrader then after that they were able to install cios v7 w/0 any problem. my question is can i use the ios downgrader w/0 any internet connection?coz i dont have one and if yes,i also dont need to use the cios downgrader coz that program needs an internet connection right? thanks again for the advice.

For you to install the CIOS7 you need to install the CIOS_FIX, IOS16 and the IOS downgrader. For the ios downgrader you need the internet connection to get the neccesary files from the WEB.

No, read the post above from penguin98's procedure for 3.4u. Don't get confuse with the "IOS downgrader" with firmware downgrade.Again for you to load backup launcher(Gamma) in 3.2u or 3.4u ,do the procedure first as posted, again internet connection is needed.

oh,i got confused i thought i could use gamma back up loader even if im on 3.4U firmware but i now i understand that i really need to first downgrade my firmware to be able to install cios to make the back up launcher to work w/my cousins wii. my problem is that my cousin doesn't have an internet access at home so he cant downgrade then therefore he also cant install cios on his unit to be able to use back up launcher on it. any ideas what can be done w/o downgrading his unit. thanks.

mikeejr08 - you did it once on your Wii, so you should be able to mod again, read from the TOP of your post.

in summary:
- you need internet connection for you to proceed.
- You don't need to downgrade the firmware (3.4u to 3.2u)
- you can install the Backup loader in 3.4u as long as you followed the procedure CORRECTLY.
