IOS downgrader stalls when downloading IOS20 v20

I have the 3.4u firmware conflicting information on what part 3 we need to do. Do I do all of the first three parts "What I need","INstalling homebre guide", "Wii Fix guide" or it it once the homebrew is done then do the first three parts of the "Wii fix guide". I have tried installing the Cios after the 3rd part of the Wii Fix Guide, I've tried after doing the 4th part, I've tried to do the ios downgrader but it's stalls on the Ios 20 v20 file. Need some help.

Is there a way to check if i have doen something wrong or clean it up so i can start from scratch.
