Hi guys !

I'm a french owner of this DVD burner and i try to find some informations over the internet to know how I could burn a DVD in 8x instead of 4x like I must do at the moment...

In fact, this burner could burn DVD+R at 8x but as 8x certified discs do not exist at the moment, I would like to know which company build 4x certified discs that can be burned at 8x with my Sony DRU-530a.

i tried with Verbatim DVD+R and TDK DVD+R but without results... in nero 6.3.0.3 the max speed that i can choose is 4x. I've also installed the latest firmware 2.0a but no change.

Thanks for your answers because i haven't found anything regarding this problem !!! :(
