Problems using Xbox Backup Creator

Hello i'm tring to read a game into my computer but once it gets into the security sector part, it just stops. I also tried using Schtrom360Xtract and it stops after it extracting the SS bin.

Did you click on the unlock disc button. It's located in one of the tabs. After clicking it it will show the 6.81 gigs or whatever size the game is. However, you will have to make sure to click on complete backup on the main tab.

Wow it really worked !!! Thank you so much, all i had to do was click unlock drive and it worked. Thanks again.

Normally not, normally once should be enough.
Xbox 360: Slim untouched with a faked 320 GB harddrive for XBL, phat with LT 3.0, played Halo early, so going on live would be an instand ban, also with a faked 320 GB harddrive
PS3: Untouched 160 GB Slim, 60 GB Fat with latest Rogero and 160 GB internal harddrive.
PSVita: hardly ever play it
GameCube: Black with a Viper chip installed. With gameboy player. Trying to get a Wavebird controller.

hey guys,i finally came back to this forum to learn on backing up my games,i use to do alot of ps2 etcs,now im just learing the xbox,i have been reading about u need a certain drive and firmware to extract the iso to a pc
i have 3 dvd drives
hp dvd writer 840y dl
opitairc dvd rw dl
and a sony one
none of these work with XBC 2.8 or am i doing something wrong?

you need a toshiba with kreon firmware. I don't think your drives will work.

they could work using the wxripper hot swap. But I would recommend just going with one of the recommended drives.

Hey guys i need some help i have a dvd-rom sh-d163b with kreon 1.0 firmware and i'm trying to make an iso image to my computer with xbox backup creator 2.8 and this is the massage i'm getting:

ImgBurn executable not found
Do you have imgburn installed? Not sure if that matters or not. IDE Kreon or SATA?

I didn't have imgburn installed but just finished instaling it and i'm not getting the ImgBurn executable not found message no more but still can't make the image to my computer the Complete Backup and Start button are gray out.....i have SATA..
