what is the best codec that offers the best quality and the smallest file size?, And can anyone post a codec for wmv3? and how do you install plug-ins for virtualdub

This will play 90 - 95% of video, think v 1.1.3 is available now: http://www.divx-digest.com/software/xvid.html play's wmv. Extract plugin's to the plugin folder in VirtualDub at C:/program's to make them accessible in VirtualDub.
