hey

my neighbor keeps gettin the 8013013D error. it connects to my router next door fine through wireless and connects to his through an ethernet cable fine also. but it will not connect through wireless. the sygnal strength is 100%, he is using WPA2 could this be the problem or if not how can it be fixed

Get him to disable the encryption on his router and see if he can connect, that will tell you if it is an encryption problem or not.
