deleted booting software on wii --will not boot games

please can some one help me cleannig my wii with delete any channel/software and deleted the booting software the wii shows disc in window but keeps spinning and screen gos blank can it be put back with the sd card

depending on what you did, there's not enough information about your Wii, like firmware, did you mod your Wii? do you have mod chip? when you say cleaning, what are you trying to do and WHY????

hi i have wiikey (first one)fitted and did have homebrew channel-i was not removing vc and wad files correctly and had double channels too so i did a complete format on wii-i did this because i cant install one vc game 4 my son which i installed about a year ago(deleled it then) so i thought i would use any file deleter so i deleted all files that i could then only to find no games would boot from menu there were files that the wii said it could not delete to stop it bricking so me not happy i think booting software or iso is missing help me help me

Seems like you panic seeing the double channels as well as not able to install WADs, what happen is you or your son played games outside your region and the games asked you to update your firmware and you DID. So you Semi-brick your Wii.

So you format the Wii , thinking it will help you? But it made it worst.

I guest your firmware is 3.4 but I am not sure what region?

Can you still play Wii games (CD/DVD) on our Wii? What is your Wii Firmware version? Where is your original region? (USA/Japan or Europe)?

no update on wiikey will not let you just delete booting software 4 disc drive how do i reinstalll it firmware is 3.2e

console is 3.2e never updated wii i just deleted booting iso please can sum 1 help me thanks

ok have you the game mario kart if so put that in it should ask 4 a update do the update should bring you to 3.3e and that might solve your problems or even try do a internet update which will bring you up to 3.4 but will knock out the homebrew channel then re do the homebrew channel 4 the 3.4 version

cant update with mario kart because wiikey wont let me but did update online and it worked 110 percent respect to the man thankyou
