A while back, I bought software over the internet and downloaded it. I unpacked the .rar files and installed the software. No problem there. I needed to make room on my hard drive so I deleted the .rar files and copied the unpacked files to a DVD figuring that way I would have the software safe and saved if my computer crashed (didn't want to lose the software I paid for).

Well... I accidentally removed a sub-program from the main program using add/remove programs. I thought I was ok and popped in my back-up CD. The installation began until it said something like "insert the CD into drive C:\..". Ugh!

So, I just copied all the files back onto my C:\ drive and tried to install from there, but it's still giving me the same command, "insert the CD into the C:\ drive..".

I thought maybe this command had something to do with iso's and bin's so I opened up Power ISO and created an iso and saved it on my C:\ drive. But, I'm still getting the same problem, "insert the CD into the C:\ drive."

Can someone pleeeeeeeze help me. I'm sure I'm just doing something wrong.
